TO SET UP DIRECT DEBIT
To set up direct debit, please complete the DIRECT DEBIT FORM and return to the Sundial House with a voided check. Please note that direct debit forms must be received by the 20th of the month to start on the 1st of the following month (i.e. form due by January 20th to start direct debit on February 1st)
PAYING BY CHECK
If you use automatic bill pay with your bank, please use the
remittance address below and include your account number and address with your payments.
Members can drop off monthly assessment checks to the Sundial House or mail the check to the address below. Please include your home address and account number in the note field of the check.

PAYING ONLINE
You may pay your bill online with a credit card or a checking account. Simply visit www.townsq.io and select the LOGIN tab at the top. First-time users will need to register using their account number and zip code.
Please note: This service is provided by a 3rd party and convenience fees apply as follows: $2.95 if paying online with a checking account via eCheck, $2.95 plus 3% of the payment amount if paying online with a credit card.
** If you are working with the association attorney for assessment collection, you must continue to pay through their office.
