The Strategic Planning Committee (Committee) has been established by, and reports to, the
Backcountry Board of Directors (Board) as an advisory committee. The Committee has no
power or authority to act on behalf of the Backcountry Association, Inc. (Association) or the
Board unless the Board specifically delegates such authority for a specific purpose and amount
and for a specifically limited duration.
